Kim Kardashian, 35, isn’t letting the flu get her down. The soon-to-be mommy of two shared a picture of her giant baby bump and her overwhelming cleavage while battling a sinus infection on Nov. 30, and she looks like she’s about to pop! We have the details, here.

Poor Kimmy isn’t feeling too well 37 weeks into her pregnancy with her second baby. She’s battling a gnarly sinus infection and the flu, and she took to Instagram on Nov. 30 to share her sorrows. “37 WEEKS x SINUS INFECTION x FLU = 😰” she captioned the photo. While it doesn’t feature a runny nose and watery eyes, it does show her absolutely massive tummy, and even more ginormous cleavage in a white tee and a big, comfy sweatshirt. Girl even makes comfy maternity wear look amazing!

The gorgeous Kardashian beauty has been having a rough week. Kim had to be rushed to the ER with severe stomach pains. On Nov. 24, she found out that her baby was in breech position. She was frantic while trying to get it to flip back the right way, and even feared that she might have to induce! And on top of that, she had to take on a Twitter hater fat-shaming her on Nov. 29. She handled it like a champ, though, responding to their claims that all she thinks about is food, and calling her a “fat bitch” by just simply saying “yup!”

Kim Kardashian’s Delivery Could Be Life Threatening, Kris Jenner Reveals

We know that Kim Kardashian has been very worried about her second pregnancy due to a condition she has known as Preeclampsia but we didn’t realize that she’s worried she could die!

Kris Jenner, 65, dropped a major bombshell during the Nov. 15 episode of KUWTK about Kim Kardashian‘s pregnancy and it has us so worried! Kim, 35, goes to the OBGYN and they tell her that she might have Gestational Diabetes, which we already knew, but Kris’ reaction to something else has us really worried about Kim’s life, which sounds to be in jeopardy!

As the doctor looks at Kim’s ultrasound she says: “That’s elevated blood pressure,” Kim sounds really concerned and responds: “I really hope it’s not diabetes … I’m actually scared.” But Kris drops the biggest bombshell of all, “Your life is at stake!” Wow, we are so worried!

In a recent interview with C Magazine, Kim reveals that she may have to have an emergency hysterectomy when she gives birth to their son: “Well, they think I’ll have Placenta Accreta again, so if the placenta grows a little bit deeper than it did last time, then they are prepared to have my uterus removed, which is a little scary for me. I think we’re just gonna go day by day, see how overwhelming it is, and see how the delivery goes.”

Here’s the quick version of everything Kim is going through. Placenta accreta is where the placenta abnormally attaches to the uterine wall. This is what could potential cause Kim to loose a lot of blood when she gives birth and then she may have to undergo an emergency hysterectomy. Pre-eclampsia is a condition that is a combination of high blood pressure and large protein in the urine which can lead to swelling in the hands, feet and face. It can also lead to diabetes.

Kim Kardashian West Details Her 'Last Hurrah' Food Binge in Paris

Kim Kardashian West is expecting her second child with Kanye West and she's allowing herself to indulge a bit.

The reality TV star told Andre Leon Talley during a Vogue podcast that she recently flew to Paris "to have a last hurrah of all the foods that I'm not going to be able to have for awhile."

"I don't like cheesecake and the cheesecake at Hôtel Costes...it's heaven," she gushed. "I get there and they tell me that they don't have it and I was like, 'You don't understand, I leave tomorrow!' They said, 'OK, we're gonna get it,' and they got it, and it really made my day."

Kardashian West, 34, added that another stop on her Parisian food tour was Ferdi, where she indulged in churros. (Talley also raved about the restaurant's hamburgers.) Now, Kardashian West is looking forward to Thanksgiving, she said, which she expects to take place at her mother's home.

"I actually don't love Thanksgiving food," she noted. "Isn't that weird?"

The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star also laid out her daily meal plan, which includes egg whites, avocado and toast for breakfast, a salad for lunch, and pasta or risotto for dinner. She also has a sweet tooth, which makes Christmastime extra-exciting. This year, however, her celebration might be slightly different from years past.

"I'm due right around then," she explained. "I might be in the hospital on Christmas!"

Kim Kardashian gets caught out by fans after accidentally uploading unedited photo on Facebook

KIM KARDASHIAN’S adoring fans quickly spotted the differences between the shot shared on Instagram and the unedited snap on Facebook.

And it only confirmed what we already knew - Kim regularly alters her stunning selfies on social media.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star shared the snap of her planting a kiss on Kanye West’s cheek at Kendall’s 20th birthday party earlier this week.While there was barely anything wrong with the unedited snap, people still noticed that there had been a few minor tweaks compared to the retouched photo she'd previously posted on Instagram and Twitter.

Kim quickly deleted it after noticing her error, but not before eagle-eyed fans had pointed out the changes, which included her smoothing out her jawline slightly and also cleaning up her flyaway hairs.

Late last year Kim shared a picture of herself trying on outfits to wear - showing off a very trim tummy.

But when she stepped out in public, pictures showed a rather more voluptuous Kim and her apparent abs are nowhere to be seen.

Fans also accused her of Photoshopping her nude Paper magazine pictures as she appeared to have a much slimmer waist.
