Kim Kardashian Upset That She Can't Get Pregnant?

Recent reports are saying that Kim Kardashian is struggling to get pregnant.
Just a day after Christmas, TMZ reported that Kim and her husband Kanye West have been trying to have a second baby for the last nine months.

The report said that their struggle has really affected Kim that it made her upset. Although TMZ did not cite any source in its report, the entertainment news site made it clear that the issue has been known by many of Kim and Kanye's family and friends. TMZ added that the couple has been going to fertility doctors. In fact, the two were spotted in Beverly Hills after visiting a doctor. Kim has been visiting a specialist every month, the report reveaed, and Kanye has been very supportive, accompanying her in almost all of her doctor's visit.
TMZ's report also said that Kim was ordered to reduce her stress and to cut down on travelling.
Life and Style Weekly cited Kim's earlier interview with the "Today" show last September where she was really optimistic that she will soon have a second baby.
"I hope so! We're trying. I guess it's all in God's hands...Motherhood changed me so much. Everything's put into perspective. Nothing really matters besides spending time with your family and only doing the things that are really important to you," the report quoted her as saying.
It also noted that Kim really wants to have a big family. Kim has seven other siblings -- Khloé Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, Rob Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Brody Jenner, and Brandon Jenner.
Entertainment Wise said that Kim wants at least three children. At present, Kim and Kanye have a 17-month old baby, North.
Kim's fertility issues
According to TMZ, before North was born, three specialists told Kim that she would have problems conceiving. The couple is now hoping for another "miracle baby".
"A few years ago I was told I could never get pregnant...Three doctors told me the same thing, which is why I wanted to have my eggs frozen. I was just about to do that when I found out I was pregnant with North," Kim told Elle magazine.
"I want a boy and another girl; I want it to start happening straight away. I loved being part of a huge family - and I want that for North. We'd do IVF if nothing happens, but we both want to keep trying naturally," she added.
Earlier this week, a Hollywood Life source said that the two are in "holiday bliss mode" and "having sex nonstop" to make Kim pregnant.
"A pregnancy is happening very very soon. She and Kanye are working on it and the doctor visits have all been pregnancy related. If they got pregnant tonight, they would be happy. But as of this very moment, Kim is not pregnant," the source was quoted in the report as saying.
"Trying isn't the word. Kanye wants to get Kim pregnant, immediately. Kanye has this big dream: He wants to give Kim a baby on her 35th birthday and he's trying to get her pregnant between now and January in hopes that Kim will be in labor on her birthday," Hollywood Life's source added.
